Welcome! I am an assistant teaching professor in the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs at Northeastern University, Boston. I teach Techniques of Policy Analysis, Principles of Public Administration and Comparative Public Policy and Administration. I hold a PhD in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware, and a master's degree in Public Services Management from the College of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences at Babes-Bolyai University, Romania. My research interests cover topics in comparative governance and administration: i.e., trust in government, digital transformation, administrative and rules-burdens in street-level bureaucracy.
In 2019, I received the College of Arts & Sciences Peter A. Larson Prize in recognition of my outstanding dissertation that fosters international understanding in the fields of public administration and public policy.
